Some endings are worth celebrating.
After nearly 400 episodes and almost 19 years, The CPA MOMS Podcast is publishing its final episode. And rather than quietly fading out, founder Mayumi Young stepped to the microphone to do what she has always done best: show up for the women in this community with honesty, warmth, and heart.
What CPA MOMS Became
When Mayumi founded CPA MOMS almost 19 years ago, she had a simple belief: that women could have a successful career and raise a happy family. That belief became a community. It became a safe place for women to pursue their professional ambitions without sacrificing what mattered most to them.
Over the years, that vision grew into something far bigger than anyone imagined. Women launched six-figure practices. Many built seven-figure firms. Countless others found the confidence to leave jobs that no longer fit, create flexibility for their families, and redefine success on their own terms.
Thank You
In this final episode, Mayumi reflects on nearly two decades of memories, lessons, and relationships. She shares what has meant the most to her, including the 2022 CARE Conference where she finally got to meet and embrace the women she had been serving virtually for years.
More than anything, she says thank you. To every listener, every member, every client, and every woman who allowed CPA MOMS to be part of her story.
